A quick and easy pizza that sort of reminded me of Neapolitan pizza.

This recipe made the changes that I had planned to make to my first attempt. It made for a crispier crust but still not my favorite. For me the best thing about this pizza is the cheese blend.

St. Louis style pizza’s yeast-less dough makes it quick to prepare and provides something different. While it wasn’t my favorite, this recipe made me want to try other St. Louis style variations.
